The conditions of this obligation are such, that if the above bound ____________________________, as a
License Agent for the FWC, shall well and truly sell hunting and fishing licenses and permits in accordance with the
terms of the License Agent Agreement. This bond ensures full and complete performance of the License Agent’s
obligations under the License Agent Agreement, including, but not be limited to the Agent’s collection, handling and
transfer of funds due to FWC, protection of the equipment and supplies provided by the FWC, and any other
obligations of the Agent as set forth in the License Agent Agreement.
The surety may at any time terminate its liability by giving 30 days written notice to the FWC and the surety shall not
be liable for any default after such notice period, except for defaults occurring prior thereto.
The surety may continue this bond from year to year by issuing a continuation certificate to the FWC at least 30 days
prior to the termination date.
