(STATE) ________________________ corporation as surety are held and firmly bound unto the people of the State of
Colorado, for the use and benefit of any person who shall suffer any lose or damage by reason of the
issuance of a Certificate of Title to the hereinafter described motor vehicle, in the penal sum of (NOT LESS
THAN TWICE THE REASONABLE VALUE OF SAID VEHICLE)

and truly to be made and performed, we and each of us hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns,

THE CONDITION OF THE OBLIGATION IS SUCH THAT, The principal herein has made application to the
Department of Revenue, State of Colorado, for the registration of and the issuance of a Certificate of Title for a

WHEREAS, the said principal has not been able to furnish a prior Certificate of Title nor evidence of the ownership of

WHEREAS, the principal and corporate surety herein desire to comply with the provisions of Title 42, Article B, C.R.S.
1973, known as the “ Certificate of Title Act.”
NOW THEREFORE, if the principal and corporate surety shall well and truly pay and indemnify and hold harmless and
person who shall suffer any loss or damage by relying in good faith on the issuance of the Certificate of Title to said motor vehicle, then this
obligation shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
