GUIDE LICENSE BOND
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, ____________________________________________________________________, as principal and the

licensed to do business in the State of California, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the State of California
in the sum of ____________________________________________ (___________), Dollars, lawful money of the
United States of America, to the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs,
executors and successors, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
THE CONDITIONS OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION ARE SUCH, that
WHEREAS, the above bounden Principal has applied to the California Department of Fish and Game for a guide
license, and
WHEREAS, demand has been made upon the Principal by the California Department of Fish and Game for security
as authorized by the provisions of said California Fish and Game Code, to insure compliance with said law or
ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, if the above bounden Principal shall well and truly comply with all the provisions of said
Fish and Game Code as relates to guides and with all regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and shall faithfully
fulfill his responsibilities to his clients, then this obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force
and effect. Preview
The Surety hereunder may be relieved from liability to the extent and in the manner set forth below;
a) Thirty (30) days notice by the Surety to the California Department of Fish and Game, Sacramento,
California, or;
b) Notice in writing by the California Department of Fish and Game to the Surety.
In no event shall the Surety be relieved from liability as respects transactions occurring before the effective date of
such termination.
